• Make sure the host machine has a mouse connected to it and that you’ve captured the mouse input with CTRL+SHIFT+C if you’re on the web client.

If your mouse still doesn’t appear:

  • Hitting the key combination Left Alt + Left Shift + Num Lock and hitting “Yes” in the dialogue that appears will bring you to an options menu.
    • Alternatively you can search for “mouse keys” in the start menu and enter into the “Control the mouse pointer with the keyboard” selection.
      • Once in the settings you can turn the option on and then deselect the “Only use Mouse Keys when Num Lock is on” option.
