Many times our devs need to see your server logs in order to help troubleshoot. To find your server log, please follow these steps:

  • Right click the Rainway Dashboard icon in the Windows 10 tray (bottom right corner of the screen).
  • Under “Dev Utils”, click “Open Cache Folder”.
  • Within that folder you will find a server.log file.
  • Please send that file to our devs in the Discord support ticket you have open.
