  • If I Delete My Account, Is My Data Deleted?

    Currently you must request your account to be deleted through a support ticket on our discord channel. rain.gg/discord. Once you account is deleted, your data is as well.

  • I got contacted by a company that looks like Rainway? Are they affiliated with Rainway at all?

    No. Rainway is not affiliated with any company that may email you asking for a sponsorship. All official emails will be sent with @rainway.com, and the only time information is requested from you is when you create an account on https://rainway.com/

  • How does Rainway protect my privacy?

    We never share any of your personal information with third parties. Additionally, your game streams never even pass through our servers, the system works entirely peer-to-peer. The connection is SSL encrypted, a feature of the WebRTC protocol we use.

  • How do I switch accounts?

    Log out and log in with your other account. You must log out of the dashboard running on your host computer (settings > red logout button ). You must also log out of whatever client you are using (Web, iOS, Xbox).

  • How do I set parental controls?

    As the primary account holder, you can configure parental controls across all platforms Rainway is supported on. To get started, navigate to the settings panel. From there you will select Parental Controls.

  • How do I delete my account?

    Open the Rainway Discord Open the #support channel Click the 📩 button to create a new support ticket. Open your new #case-xxxx channel that was created. Explain in the text channel that you want to delete your account and give your Rainway email and username. Please check the channel later that day or the next day for further instructions.

  • Do I need to have multiple accounts on my devices?

    Ordinarily no, you can have as many hosts as you want on a single account. You can switch between them from the client.
